Introducing Dr. Peter Tsai

I originally saw Dr. Peter Tsai and he was a caring doctor, he's a specialist, he knew I was in a lot of pain and he told me he would fix it. He never did. So what makes a nice and caring doctor become a deceptor and lie to the patient? MONEY. He sold me out for money. Because the people at PacificSource Community Solutions refused to cover the cost of my surgery at the hospital he chose, a hospital with a 2-1/2 star rating at Yelp, he decided not to do the surgery instead of keeping his word to me and just doing the surgery at a different hospital. To this day (5/26/22) he has never taken the time to contact me and tell me why. I had to drag the reason out of a medical assistant.

I have no idea how the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, Oregon got such a low rating, but my guess would be that it's a direct reflection of the people that work there, like the doctors that perform surgeries there. I also don't know the reason why The Deceptor couldn't have done the surgery at a different hospital. Maybe other hospitals don't want a bad rating too. So, could it be that bad doctors are at bad hospitals and good doctors are at good hospitals? Makes sense to me.

Hey Peter, I'm not going to apologize for telling my readers the truth about you, you can sue me if you want, but I'm poor and there's nothing you can take from me other than what you already have, the use of my hands.

Introducing Dr. Dustin Christiansen

After Peter bailed on me a member of the Neaman Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa set up an appointment for me to see Dr. Christiansen in that same office (See email below) and he too was aware that my A1C score was high, but he met with me and told me that the surgery center where he would do the proceedure required a picture of my neck. Well of course, if you're going to do a surgery on an elbow a picture of the neck is a must. There must have been a problem with the picture of my neck because Dr. Christiansen didn't want to do the surgery either. He wanted to refer me to a different doctor. (See email below)

Did Neaman Plastic Surgery bill my insurance company twice for a surgery they never intended to do? Dr. Tsai and Dr. Christiansen knew I had a high A1C score, and they had me come in for 2 visits me knowing that, and then used the high A1C score as the reason they wouldn't do the surgery. So, they knew they weren't going to do the surgery but they had me come in for 2 visits and they billed PacificSource Community Solutions for the 2 visits? Where I come from that might be called Insurance Fraud or Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. I wonder what the folks at PacificSource Community Solutions and The Oregon Health Plan would call it.
